Effective August 22, 2026
When you contact us through this website, by phone, or by email, you may share your name, phone number, email address, town, and a description of the care you or your family member needs. Caregiver applicants may share work history and credentials.
We use that information only to respond to you, arrange an assessment, coordinate care, evaluate employment applications, and meet our legal and licensing obligations. We do not sell it. We do not rent it. We do not trade it.
Health information you share with us in the course of receiving care is protected. As a licensed agency that participates in MaineCare and Department of Veterans Affairs programs, we handle protected health information under HIPAA and applicable Maine law, and we disclose it only as those laws allow — for example, to coordinate your care, to bill the program paying for your care, or where we are legally required to report.
We never share health information, care details, or anything you send us through a form on this site with advertising or analytics companies.
This site uses cookies to keep the site working and, if you consent, to measure how visitors find us and whether our advertising reaches the families we are trying to help.
Specifically, we use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising measurement). If you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel records that a page on this site was viewed and shares your IP address, browser information, and the page address with Meta Platforms, Inc. It is configured to record page views only. It is not configured to capture form fields, and we do not send Meta your name, phone number, email address, or any information about your health or care needs.
The Meta Pixel does not load unless you press Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, or simply never answer, no Meta script runs and no advertising cookie is placed on your device.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, which removes your stored choice and brings the banner back. Meta's own handling of the data it receives is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
Call (207) 544-6999 and ask for the Administrator, email [email protected], or write to us at 74 Winthrop Street, Suite #2, Augusta, ME 04330.
We will not retaliate against anyone for raising a privacy concern.
